1. Appearance
Carbon crystal plate adopts a co-extrusion process, which results in a stable structure, diverse appearance, and superior decorative performance.
2. Stability
Compared with hollow wall panels using a single extrusion process, its structure is more stable, and the solid high-density core material makes it more impact-resistant and not easy to be dented due to accidental bumps.
Its core material density is usually between 0.65g/cm³ and 0.75g/cm³, but other higher densities can be customized.
3. Excellent performance
Its material is environmentally friendly and meets E0 and B1 fire protection standards.
4. Environmental protection
Its surface adopts the PUR glue hot pasting process, so it has more advantages than cold glue pasting in terms of environmental protection and adhesion.
5. Modular installation
Due to the large area, it can be installed quickly.
The wall panels can be grooved and adopt mortise and tenon structures, which are easy to connect and almost seamless.
In addition, it can also be connected and decorated with metal decorative strips to make its overall decorative effect more vivid.
There are two ways to connect carbon crystal plates, including:
1. Grooving
The edges of carbon crystal plates are grooved, using mortise and tenon structures, and can be quickly installed without nails. After splicing, a variety of finishes can be formed, such as flat seams, U-shaped seams, V-shaped seams, etc.
2. Use metal decorative lines to connect
The edges of the wall panels can also be selected without grooves, so metal edge strips are required as connectors to make the transition between the wall panels and the wall more decorative.
