2. Uneven wall surface
For uneven wall surfaces, it is recommended to use oriented strand board (OSB) or wooden bracket supports for a systematic priming treatment to provide a stable base for subsequent installation. Then, measure, cut, and trim the edges. Apply structural adhesive evenly to the back of the wall panels and connect them with metal clips to balance installation efficiency and structural stability.
Every WPC grille and wall panel undergoes a clear and mature manufacturing process. Raw materials are uniformly mixed and extruded, then cooled and cut to achieve stable dimensions before being wrapped in PVC film to enhance overall texture and durability.
